We are pleased to offer our customers a lay-by service for certain orders. In order to qualify for lay-by we require the total value of your order to be at least $100 AUD.
Customers must make a deposit of at least 20% of their total order value at the time of placing their order. Our layby period is 6 weeks. During this time you may make payments of any amount, whenever suits you. We only accept lay-by payments directly to our website via your login account.
The full balance of your layby must be paid by the end of the 6 week period. If you require an extension on your layby period, please contact us as soon as possible at: email@example.com.
If you fail to make full payment within the lay-by period, and have not made prior arrangements for an extension, your lay-by will be cancelled and you will forfeit all monies paid, including your deposit.
If you wish to cancel your lay-by within the 6 week period you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the total value of your order. Any payments made on top of this amount, will be refunded.
We retain ownership of the items in your order until such time as full payment is made. Sale items will be available for lay-by unless specifically stated in their product description.
We reserve the right to amend our lay-by criteria and conditions at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel lay-by orders. We will refund the full amount of any payments made, including your deposit, in the event that a lay-by is cancelled by Bambella Designs.
** Please note that once full payment has been made we then take 10-14 business days to make your order and postage time on top (2-3 days express postage) from the date of the final payment.
